Poole is the principal of Land Finance Group, LLC, (LFG), a boutique finance company dedicated to the finance of land, and now, bank write-downs, REO's, and Whole Loans, all with private funds. Land Finance Group, LLC, is responsible for nationwide financing of land projects ultimately valued in the billions.
In addition to providing strategic vision for LFG, Kyle is responsible for originating finance opportunity for LFG. He also founded another industry specific company, "Hotel Finance Specialists, LLC" which was responsible for financing 125 hotels.
Kyle is also active in designing major charitable programs, (see Internationally known 911 UnityWalk), and is involved with both the Aspen Institute and Renaissance Weekend think tanks.
